Bookings

Upon receipt by us of the completed booking form, a course is considered booked.

Payment Terms

An invoice will be issued on receipt of the booking form. Payment is due prior to the date of the training. We reserve the right not to run the course if payment is not received.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified in writing (email acceptable). Cancellation fees will be charged as a percentage of the total cost for the course booked and are dependent on the time of receipt of notification. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, based on the notification period:

• Greater than 10 working days No Charge
• Between 10 and 3 working days 50% of the fee
• 2 or less working days 100% of the fee

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be made at the request of Right Track Training or the client up to 5 working days prior to the course commencement to any available date within a two-month period, mutually agreed between the client and Right Track Training. Rescheduling within 2 days of the course commencement will incur the normal cancellation charge.

Late Arrivals

The online meeting room will remain open up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you do not notify us of your delay and do not join during this period the meeting room will be closed and it will be considered a cancellation.

Copyright

No part of the course material may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronically or mechanically, including photocopying, recording or any information storage or retrieval system without the written permission of Right Track Training. Course material is provided subject to the condition that it shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold, hired out, or otherwise circulated without the prior permission of Right Track Training. Any unauthorised use, duplication or lending of course material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Online Live Service Availability

Right Track Training will strive to provide a consistent level of service availability and performance, but will not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to acts of war, sabotage, fire, flood, strike, unavailability or delay of third party services, or power used by the equipment needed. The Company will not be held liable for any errors, damage, or other unexpected events resulting from the use of the Service.

Non-Disclosure

Right Track Training undertakes not to use any Confidential Information disclosed by participants for any purpose except training or support of the client. These Terms and Conditions will apply to the contract for us to provide the training services set out in the Booking Form completed by you. No amendment, additions or alterations to these Terms and Conditions unless agreed in writing between Right Track Training and the client.
